I always have ordered from Koochini, wouldn't go anywhere else but I have had a burnt pizza brought out to me what wasn't worth £18 very disappointed hope this is not a reacurant thing.

Parmo was not nice and was not eaten. The chicken was low quality and chewy and there was not enough topping. I would like a refund as it was such a waste of money for the product that was barely picked at. Very disappointed as usually love the pizza from here. Plus delivery times have gotten later and later each time which is irritating. Going to stop ordering from here after the last few experiences I have had.
Specifically asked for the sauces to be put in tub and not in the donner wraps, however was delivered to me with the sauces inside - covered. Therefore cam not be ate and money wasted! When rang and spoke to someone over phone he tried to say this is not what i asked for. Rude. Both wraps in bin.
